The 7 Veils of Salome

In my last video, I explained how you can maintaining control over your coaching sessions by asking questions!

When I conduct my coaching sessions,I always lead the conversationby asking a lot of questions!

But my questions are never random or reactive!

My questions are very specific and always designed with a certain outcome in mind!

I want to lead my clients to the point where they will reveal to me all the pieces of the puzzle that need to be put together to create a desired outcome.

In my PERSONA-COACH™ Certification Program, I will teach you the 7 layers that cloak your client’s hidden agenda.

I refer to these layers as “The 7 Veils of Salome”.

With the removal of each “veil”, I metaphorically ask the client to “strip” the desired outcome of a problem or challenge from all the layers that are preventing the client from achieving their objective!

The 1st “veil” conceals the emotional state of the client.

Emotions are often volatile and create a level of instability that is at the root of the client’s inability to deal with their problem or create a desired outcome.

The 2nd “veil” is a cover for the behavioural elements and character traits that are not in consort with your client’s goals and objectives and are preventing your client from achieving a desired outcome.

The 3rd “veil” reveals any of the sociological issues that may have led or contributed to your client’s current problem or challenge.

The 4th “veil” strips away the linguistic barriers that are an impediment to solving a problem or may have led to your client’s current situation.

The 5th “veil” uncovers the environmental influences that your client is subjected to!

The environment that your client lives and works in can be hazardous to achieving success!

While you cannot eliminate all of these environmental influences, you can show your clients how to “neutralize” their effects!

The 6th “veil” bares the psychological imprint of the client.

By asking specific questions, you will discover the psychological “conditioning” that has prevented your clients from succeeding in resolving their problems or overcoming their challenges.

The 7th “veil” hides the physiology that so often is in conflict with the achievement of your client’s goals and objectives!

In the PERSONA-COACH™ Certification Program, I will show you exactly which specific questions to use to systematically “remove” each of these 7 “veils”!

And while Salome removed her 7 veils to ask for “the head of John the Baptist” . . .

. . . your clients will remove their “veils”to reveal a Persona Profile that is “stripped” off all the layers that are preventing a desired outcome to their problem, challenge, goal or objective!

But there is one final question that needs to be asked that will lift the shroud of your client’s vulnerability.

The one final question that will “unblock” your client’s ability to create the break-through they need to achieve their desired result!

So here’s the FINAL QUESTION that will lead to the inevitable PAUSE:

“At what point did you stop communicating with yourself on this issue?”
