Meet the Decision Maker.

Hello, my name is Allan Mulholland.

Here’s today’s quote or strategy:

“Meet the Decision Maker”

Have you ever had trouble ‘making up your mind’?

Do you sometimes feel ‘undecided’?

Have you ever heard someone say: “I’m of two minds on that issue”!

Well, ‘being of two minds’ is exactly what is going on inside your brain!

If you can’t make up your mind, that simply means that there are two competing Operating Systems trying to send a ‘command’ to your Human Hard Drive, aka the MIND!

When two (or more) Persona Profiles are trying to ‘operate’ the mind at the same time, you become confused!

You don’t know in which direction to proceed.

You may even experience anxiety as a result of this!

We often feel tense, irritable, angry, frustrated and sometimes even depressed when one Persona Profile starts to compete with another one.

In severe cases we become out-of-control and our actions are no longer ‘rationale’.

Irrational behavior is therefore nothing more than a seismic conflict between two (or more) competing Persona Profiles.

If you want to make rational decisions and informed choices, you must know which Persona Profile is currently operating your mind.

If you are engaging more than one Persona Profile at the same time, you will not be able to make the clear choices and decisions that are demanded from the ‘Leader within’!

But before you even make a decision, you need to understand what a decision actually is.

A decision is a choice based on a complex set of ‘values’.

If your values are aligned with one of the choices that are available to you, then that choice becomes your decision!

But if your values are in conflict with each & every one of the choices, then your decision will be flawed.

And if your Persona Profile is not representing your core values, you will end up making some bad choices and poor decisions!

If you made some bad decisions in your Past, you must go back to your ‘Restore Point’ and start making the right choices!

And who will guide you in making the right decisions?

Well, certainly not the Operating System that got you into the mess you’re in today!

That “old” Persona Profile needs to be replaced with a new Persona Profile that can deliver the desired results!

And in exactly 100 days, you’ll be able to create such a new Persona Profile!

In fact, the first decision that you will make as you stand at the “Cross-Roads” is not which new direction you will follow!

That decision cannot be made until you have given your new Persona Profile a clear “mandate” to become the single operating system for the mind!

YOUR mind!
